Is there a fee for quick closings? IF new owner wants to move in less than 30 days there may be a "quick move" fee
Can Realtors show the home 7 days a week? Yes, the showhome is available to show 9 am to 6 pm 7 days a week, please be kind and provide the home manager and listing Realtor with proper notice
