Per a work transfer, my family and I moved cross country to Tampa Florida.

Our search began with real estate websites, which lead to interviews with

several realtors. Dana won our trust by listening to our needs and

responding in pro-active positive multimedia responses. He was not afraid

to pick up the phone and call us to ensure we had the answers we needed and

gage the full meaning behind the questions ... instead of just responding

with canned emails.

We had one 3-day trip to find our new home. The first day, Dana showed us

specific houses Nathan and I picked out from internet searches. The second

day, he showed us houses in the same neighborhood as the ones we selected

since it was close to my future office. The last day, he asked us to trust

him. He showed us houses in a different neighborhood that met all of our

needs. You see, each day, Dana had been compiling a picture of what we

liked/disliked about the houses and compared it to what we "said" we

wanted. From this analysis, he selected the perfect properties to show us.

And, we found our new home.

Dana understood the emotional ups and downs of the offer and closing

process and he was attentive to our needs. He negotiated a good deal which

included closing costs, worked closely with our loan officer to meet our

contracted obligation dates, organized the home inspections, and when

needed was on site for specific activities since we could not attend in

person. From beginning to end, Dana was our advocate in the home buying

process. And, for that, we are thankful.
